Application Of Polyaspartic Polyurea Coatings

- Aug 21, 2017 -

Polyaspartic chemistry was first introduced in the early 1990s making it a relatively new class of coating. Polyaspartic is actually an aliphatic polyurea because it is derived from the reaction product of an aliphatic polyisocyanate component and a polyaspartic ester component, which is a new type of amine/diamine functional coreactant for aliphatic polyisocyanate.

Polyaspartic polyurea can provide decorative yet highly durable surfaces. Your floor will be 20x stronger than epoxy and 98% more flexible. Polyurea will not crack or peel and it is resistant to salt, oil, gas, and other chemicals.

Polyaspartic Polyurea has many advantages over all other floor coatings, the product can be applied at almost any temperature, bonds easily to almost any concrete surface when properly prepared, cures to full strength in about an hour, flexible enough to bridge small cracks, can withstand high temperatures once cured, has superior stain and UV resistance, Slip Resistant and Easy to Clean.

Right now we have been exporting polyaspartic polyurea to New Zeanland and Australia, all with very good feedback. If you are interested in our polyaspartic polyurea coatings, just contact us.
