1.Product feature and application of the high molecular weight polyacrylamide

In drilling fluid additives,polyacrylamide is used as the drilling mud property adjusting agent whose function is to adjust rheological characteristic of drilling fluid ,to carry rock fragments and to lubricate the drilling bit,and to increase drilling speed. Besides, it can largely reduce the sticking accidents,lighten the wear and tear of equipments and help regulate the holes’ diameter to avoid blow-out and well collapses,prevent formation damage during drilling.

This item is mainly used in the Shengli Oilfield EOR, and different specifications’item is choose based on the different blocks,such as layer temperature,mineralization etc.

The apparent viscosity of this item is tested in the Saline solution (total mineralization 19334mg/L. Tested temperature 75℃)

Fracturing Fluid Drag Reducer

Drag Reducer according to the form canbe divided into solid particles and the emulsion , in the process of adding can reduce friction ,reduce more than 70% of pumping pressure. Emulsion type of drag reduction agent,when in contact with water will complete hydrolysis ,causes the liquid improved chaotic fluid way,thus reducing the pumping pressure ,to achieve the objective of the given velocity.

For water-based fluid drag reduction effectively,can not only enhance the guar gum fracturing system viscosity ,can also be used to fracture shale gas system.Solid drag reduction agent is fine grain shape, if used in high concentration of dissolved ,can be used as carrying fluid.


3.Product Advantages of the fracturing fluid additives:

(1)Simple and quick drag reduction effect,reduce the pumping pressure required 

(2)It can be mixed in addvance for continuous use,and it be convenient field operation

(3)Increase guar gum and guar gum viscosity of geatin,thus reducing the guar gum and hydroxypropyl guar gum concentration and dosage.
